Objective:
Auditing is a critical function within a pharmaceutical company. It provides management with information about how effectively the company controls the quality of their processes and products. GMP audit is a process by which an external or internal, individual or team verifies that a manufacturer is following its documented Good Manufacturing Practices which is ensuring that products are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards and current best practices, and that they comply with applicable regulatory requirements and guidance of drug control authority.
