Founded in 1976, BSPP ( Bangladesh society for Pharmaceutical Professionals) is a, nonprofit, multidisciplinary Society that fosters innovation for improved health and well-being for the people of Bangladesh and abroad .

For more than 44 years, BSPP has served as a national platform for all those involved in healthcare product development , pharmaceutical product marketing and life cycle management to exchange knowledge and collaborate in a neutral setting. BSPP provides opportunities to extend debate and discussion to advance scientific and medical innovation and is also dedicated to bringing healthcare product development professionals together in a neutral environment to improve health and well-being of the people of Bangladesh..BSPP is based in the capitol city of Dhaka, with its members spread throughout the country working in different pharmaceutical companies and in educational institutions . 

BSPP membership spans all aspects of health care product development, manufacturing and marketing management and academia in the biochemical sciences. 
BSPP fosters debates and dialogues among the academia and pharmaceutical professionals to improve health and well-being of the people of Bangladesh by::
•    Providing invaluable forums to exchange vital information and discuss current issues related to health care products, technologies, and services;
•    Delivering customized learning experiences,
•    Building, maintaining and facilitating trusted relationships with and among individuals and organizations that drive and share BSPP values and mandates, and
•    Offering a multidisciplinary neutral environment, respected by other professional bodies  for integrity and relevancy.
